#22178: USB3 is not working on Belkin F9K1115 v2 (AC 1750 DB)

using the newest version 15.05.1,a usb 2.0 flash disk is plugged in and
working fine.
after I plug in the usb3.0 disk, the disk can be recognized by the system
and fdisk.
but when I tried to format it into ext4, it caused a crash and the usb3.0
port is not working anymore until the router is rebooted.
