I have been losing the 5 GHZ radio here on a WRT1900ACS with the 15.05.01
release.
This only happens after all clients have disconnected from the 5 GHz AP.
(Devices turned on 24/7 keep the 2.4 GHz AP active.)
The front panel LED for the 5 GHz channel turns off when this happens, and
will not turn on again without a hard reboot.
If something keeps the 5 GHz channel active then devices are able to
reconnect.
The deauth message I have seen is:
