As I said in comment:39 further reports & log are useless. For some reason
ppl think adding more confirmations & logs will help anyway.
This is some very low level stuff, it requires someone with this
particular hardware knowledge (its bugs) or developer who is going to
spend many hours looking at random things.
We don't have any of above.
