#22260: lantiq (Buffalo WBMR-HP-G300H) - no image generated since r49218

I successfully made r49195. The image file openwrt-r49195-lantiq-xway-
WBMR-squashfs.image is 7.25MB. However, since r49219 no image gets
generated. No error message is issued during make.
I suspect a significant size change in the image, but I didn't change
anything in my .config - in particular, I added no packages. Has there
been any significant change in basic package size?
