ohdcpd currently only advertises the router's IPv4 address as a DNS server
when responding to address requests. This behavior is documented at
 https://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/techref/odhcpd in the dhcp/dns setting - it
says the default value is the local address. The default value should be
both the local IPv4 and IPv6 addresses (or just the IPv4 address if there
is no IPv6, or just the IPv6 address is there is no IPv4).

I tested this behavior using OpenWrt 15.05.1.
