#22315: luci multissid bug

R48626 on xiaomi mini with 2.4G wifi configured to run 5 virtual APs and
disabled wifi results in duplicate client entries when only one of the APs
is enabled and devices connect to it.
let's say this would be interface list:
xiaomi_2.4_1
xiaomi_2.4_2
xiaomi_2.4_3
xiaomi_2.4_4
xiaomi_2.4_5
i've enabled only xiaomi_2.4_3 from luci. two phones connect without
problems but they both show duplicate entries under associated stations.
additionally, xiaomi_2.4_1 is now shown as xiaomi_2.4_3 in luci wifi page.
