#22318: ramips 288x target wli-tx4-ag300n image has multiple issues resulting
serial only access.

The Buffalo WLI-TX4-AG300N image has a number of problems, but the most
serious is that since the switch module (kmod-switch-ip17xx) is missing
from the image the wired ports do not function. Using serial console I
can enable wireless, but the configuration change does not survive a
reboot. Attempting to run firstboot results in the following message:
MTD partition 'rootfs_data' not found.
Result of cat /proc/mtd is:
