#22339: 6in4 tunnelbroker update fail,it seems update rule was changed

Recently I found 6in4 tunnel can't update successful。In the
tunnelbrker.net Webpage,the update rule seems to be changed like this.So I
modify /lib/netifd/proto/6in4.sh by this
https://$username:[email protected]/nic/update?hostname=$tunnelid
and it works well.
