#22563: ubus not able to run a process at background

I would like to prepare a rpcd/ash script which will call binary program
at background. I used classically notation & but after running program
"ubus call test run" the program was running at background but ubus
receive me timeout (Command failed: Request timed out).
Is it possible to run program at background with ubus?
