Attached a Linux Kernel 4.1 include patch & One pppd patch. you may need
to up-port to 4.4 before committing.
If you change the header bundled with pppd you have to fix pppd compile
breakage as it needs to ppp_defs.h defines for EAP.
Patches attached to make pppd use linux's ppp_defs.h
This is because net/ppp_defs.h isn't found in musl builds.
An example of broken by this is rp-pppoe (unmaintained)
