#22675: kmod-eeprom-sunxi missing in sunxi trunk snapshots

When trying to use imagebuilder to build a sunxi image I receive the
following error message:

* opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package kmod-eeprom-sunxi.
Makefile:146: recipe for target 'package_install' failed
make[2]: *** [package_install] Error 255
}}}
in packages/ there is no kmod-eeprom-sunxi* but it is a target (sunxi)
dependency.
Not sure if the target definition is wrong or the package should be there
but is missing. Bit if it should be there its not only missing in the
imagebuilder snapshot but also in the inidividual package directory
