#22747: Add support for Xiaomi MiWiFi R3

The router is the same build as the already implemented Xiaomi Mini with
MT7620A chipset. The only difference is the NAND flash size of 128MB (up
from 16MB)

I'm willing to override my own device for testing purposes voluntarily
risking a possible brick AND/OR send you all images. Let me know if i can
help apply a patch or similar.
