I have same issue on t5740 hp thinclient (CC 15.05.1). To resolve problem
i had to make:
1. Install kmod-phy-broadcom
2. cd /etc/modules-boot.d && ln -s ../18-phy-broadcom 18-phy-broadcom (i'm
not sure, can make typo)
Would be great when above 2 steps are included in x86-generic image.
