For me, the symptoms are the following:
When `option dnssec '0'` is set in `/etc/config/dhcp`, both `dnsmasq` and
`dnsmasq-full` work fine.
When `option dnssec '1'` is set in `/etc/config/dhcp`, both `dnsmasq` and
`dnsmasq-full` fail without any error message, and OpenWrt tries to
respawn the service.
