#22991: OpenWrt for particular Pi version

Hello, this is not a defect request but want some help identifying a
distribution for the Rapsberry Pi (any version) that uses the
/lib/libc.so.X, glibc-2.14, the the compiler is arm-openwrt-linux-
gnueabi-gcc-4.5.4, init system is busybox, userland busybox-1.19.4
Is this something that has to be custom built or do you know of a
distribution that I can download for my Pi based on the above? Also, where
can I download the toolchain for such a load ? thanks
