#23123: Firmware not working since 4.4.14 kernel on ZyXEL NBG6616

The best I can come up with is one of the commits between May 10th and Jul
4th isn't working.
What happens on the router is the power light comes on, flashes for a bit
then goes off. The other two LEDs stay on (WAN and the LAN port I'm
using).
I compiled commit 689317c5cc3b768f3dd009bef2de901672c92729 and it was
broken (two after kernel 4.4.14 was introduced) and have tried the latest
trunk builds which also aren't working. I randomly chose one from before
that (c9f9d0e3ad5ed8728f9f2c4c9d98d5a78b34f946 from may 10th) and it is
working well but you can't use the package manager from it as every
package is versioned for 4.4.14 not 4.1.23.
