I have the same bug with 15.05 on WT3020 router with USB DAC PCM2704 .
When play audio stream with madplay, Ctrl+C them, and try to play again:

audio: /dev/dsp: Device or resource busy.
}}}
I'm trying:
{{{
rmmod snd_usb_audio
modprobe snd_usb_audio
}}}
But no luck, only reboot helps
