as there are at least two of us locally here who are going to start playing with openwrt on this device, i decided to start a wiki page (and subpages) to document every single thing we could think of related to that and make all that info publicly available. here's the page (not publicly writable, though):
http://www.crashcourse.ca/wiki/index.php/OpenWrt_on_the_ASUS_WL-500g_Premium as you can see, i've just started and my first project is to simply collect links to the good stuff that's already out there, then slowly sift through it and extract the stuff that's guaranteed to be correct and testable and, most importantly, reproducible for anyone else who wants to start from scratch and follow along. to that end, if anyone wants to send me more links or info that should be included in that initial list, feel free. i'm in the midst of googling right now so links should be added as the day goes on. rday -- ======================================================================== Robert P.
