a) there is a windows-tool on the asus website, that does the job
(didn't use it myself, but watched people do it...)

b) - hold down "restore" while power-up
   - power-led blinks
   - push the image via tftp to 192.168.1.1 (or 192.168.0.1 just don't
remember)

c) - get a 3.3V serial interface
   - solder the 8 missing pins for the serial on the board
   - connect....

b)+c) have pretty good howtos in the net, just google....
