Hi all, Is there any documentation on creating multiple athX instances with single radio cards?
I have some openwrt [WRAP] boxes running an AdHoc instance and an AP instance and they are working fine every day (I create the 2nd AP instance with the "nosbeacon" option). But strangly with the newer Kamikaze builds I've done (SVN and 8.09 RC1) I find that if I make the two instances I cannot ever associate to the AP - my Hardy Heron notebook just tries over and over to associate and then gives up. I've also found that if I first create the AP I can associate and ssh in but then if I create the AdHoc instance and bring it up (with an ifconfig .... up command) I immediately loose my connectivity. Does anyone any any knowledge on this type of [multiple instances] setup? Its really weird that some boxes I have out there are working day-in, day-out but now I can't get a new working box built at all. thanks for any help!
