When you flash the system back to the original firmware all changes that you
have made to the current running version of the OpenWrt installation will be
lost. I would recommend backing up all configuration files.

The method that I use to generate .trx files is to build the source, then
all modifications that I do, I make to the source files so when it generates
the .trx files it contains the modifications.

I still need to install the packages but the packages contain the correct
config.
