My question was for not put another web server on my openwrt and to
leave the busybox one as the default http server.
I wonder if it would be simple to emulate this kind of rewrite rule with
some lua/luci code (and if there is some simpler/clearer way).

Yes, what you probably really want instead of mod_rewrite is a reverse
proxy - tinyproxy 1.7 (not in-tree yet) will serve that purpose.
