Then I'd really recommend against using the development code.  With
serial you can use the CFE to reflash the old firmware (assuming you
have a copy of it) if things go bad, but if you don't have a serial
cable you could easily end up with a bricked router.

Then brcm63xx svn is probably not for you.  Not being able to JTAG or
have serial console access it probably going to end up badly.

It's being worked on, but personally I wouldn't use the current
codebase without a serial console to recover from problems.
