When I try to enable e100 (intel network code) in a current kernel(2.6.30)
it complains about the lack of firmware. It wants e100/d102e_ucode.bin
and can not find it. Where should this firmware come from, and where
should it be put.

Scanning through the openwrt/trunk tree, I find that there is a directory
trunk/build_dir/linux-x86_generic/linux-2.6.30/firmware/e100 which contains
the right file, and I guess it should be copied into /lib/firmware/e100 but
obviously I am missing a configuration option. Any idea which option it
is?

I realise that the default for x86 is still 2.6.28, but for a variety of
reasons I need 2.6.30.
