Hi, I'm tearing my hair out here.
I have 2 identical sets of hardware, both Ubiquiti RouterStations, both with Atheros a/b/g cards. One works fine but the other never allows clients to connect. I get lots of associated, deauthenticated due to local deauth request, dissassociated messages in my system log. Both systems run 10.03 after I re-flashed them because I had similar issues with 10.03.1-rc3. (I used the factory jffs2 images to do a full re-install) Both use hostapd and WPA2 on 5.2 or 5.8 GHz channels. How do I diagnose this? What is the actual current status of the madwifi driver, particularly with regard to the ar71xx port? BTW: Is it possible to vied the "System Log" as shown in the web interface from the command prompt? I haven't managed to find anything like that on the filesystem. Is it something like dmesg? If so what's the command to view it?
