Don't worry. I'm a researcher in programming languages and compilers,
and maintain the OpenWRT `lvm2' package, so I have some not-so-vague
notion of what each one of those words means, yet I truly do not know
what the OP means by "I want to link the final OpenWRT image into my
application".
