AG310 is awfully nice, and I even had to order mine from .ca; the
ADM6996 switch was problematic last I knew, however.  Worked okay in
unmanaged/flat mode, but the last time I used mine with OpenWRT (a
year ago) the drivers being developed didn't handle it.  May be worth
looking at.
