It' OK.  I fixed it.  I found the QSS button for recovery :)

I didn't change the address.  It was the wireless settings that were
causing the problem.  Not sure what the problem actually is, but I just
changed /etc/config/wireless back to what it was and I can now ssh into
the router again.
