Uhm, now I got it you can restart the wifi "device" not the single
interface. So if I have two interface on the same device, when I run
/sbin/wifi enable wifi0
Both interfaces will be restarted. Well I shall find a workaround to
change the SSID without destroying all the interfaces then.
