WNDR3800 is a WNDR3700v2 with more ram (128 MB) [and different firmware, but that's unimportant], and can be had for 130$ [USD]. WNDR3700v1/v2 can be had for 100$ - if you can find a non v3.
I have all 3 (WNDR3700v1, WNDR3700v2, WNDR3800) and use them with a microsd nano usb reader for extra disk space. I'm very happy.
