See the commit log adding the broken mark - it was updated to linux 3.3, but Gabor couldn't verify it to be working (likely he lacks a device). So to get the broken mark removed, somebody (perhaps you? ;) with a compatible device needs to test it. A bootlog showing it booting fine would be great.
