Ooh, I forgot to add.   In case you would like to stick to some other
product, with a pair of these PoE passive adapters [3] , you can
convert any device to do PoE.   Just ensure that you account for DC
power loss over the distance of the PoE segment of the ethernet cable
and meet the DC input voltage to the device you plan to use.
