I've been running OpenWRT (Backfire 10.03.1-RC5, r26820) for a while now on a PicostationHP without troubles. Recently however, I've started to randomly lose the LAN port. The power still works -- I can log in from the WAN side -- but the LAN port goes down. No link light on the switch. I've swapped cables and switches, so I'm leaning toward a speed/duplex renegotiation botch? This is in a remote location that I don't have time to replace the hardware just yet, so I'm looking for a way to stop renegotiation; does anyone know of the right way to do this in OpenWRT?

I admit to finding several suggested ways to do this via Google, so I'm looking for something that is authoritative, maybe from someone here who has done it :-)

Thanks,

/jordan
