AFAIK, dnsmasq shoud supports dhcpv6 when you use dnsmasq-dhcpv6 package.
I guess that what you mean by DDNS is the local domain mapping between
machine names and the leased ip address.
I didn't tested it. I used dnsmasq only for stateless assignment (ra-only,
ra-stateless).
