[OpenWrt-Users] wiki: firewall - 'fw' command?

In the wiki, http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/uci/firewall, there is a 
reference to the 'fw' (and/or 'fw3') command, particularly surrounding 
debugging things. I can't seem to find it - in what package might it be?
(Could the article also be updated to this end?)
Is there a replacement / equivalent  to '# FW_TRACE=1 fw reload'
