It looks like your upstream does not provide DHCPv6 prefix delegation so there is no address range to be allocated for downstream interfaces. > One more thing, I can't find radvd in opkg, is that normal? Yes, it is normal. Radvd has been deprecated in favor of odhcpd which does router advertisments, dhcpv6 server and more.
