I'm not in a position to tell you how to implement it, but you need to
route, not nat, the subnet behind openwrt. Furthermore, you have to add a
route on each of the hosts for the subnet so that that can reach it, or
alternatively, add a route on the Comcast router so that it can forward
packets to the router.
