If the USB device does not provide a unique identifier per device, you are left with the order that they are plugged in, what bus they are plugged into, or just a race condition about which one replied first.

It's an unfortunante reality about USB
The unique identifier is there but i can't see when i put the usb device on OpenWRT. It's there when i put on my Ubuntu Desktop.

I ask because i think there are some functionalities unavailable in OpenWRT.
