Looking for the easiest way to have an internal bounce/redirect page
kick in if all external net access goes down -- this would ideally include
if both WAN net interface and 3G/4G are being used for load
balancing/failover, and *all* external net access vanishes, we just
want to redirect all users to
our own "Sorry, all net access is deceased." page.
I'm looking at tinyproxy at the moment, will that do it? Thanks.
