poring over the UCI docs to really and truly understand it, and on
this page:

  http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/uci

there's a handy table of allegedly UCI-compatible packages with links
to further doc pages. but i'm wondering if i'm reading that table
correctly as it refers to the UCI config file /etc/config/racoon, but
i'm unaware that racoon has such a config file.

as i read it, racoon is part of the ipsec-tools package, whose file
list is:

/usr/sbin/setkey
/etc/racoon/psk.txt
/usr/lib/libracoon.so.0
/etc/racoon.conf
/usr/lib/libracoon.so.0.0.0
/usr/sbin/racoon
/etc/init.d/racoon
/usr/lib/libipsec.so.0
/usr/lib/libipsec.so.0.0.1
/usr/sbin/plainrsa-gen
/usr/sbin/racoonctl

all i see is a regular racoon /etc/racoon.conf file. and the link
under /etc/racoon/config takes one here:

  http://wiki.openwrt.org/doc/uci/racoon

which refers to an "advanced beta state." so should racoon even be
mentioned in that table if it doesn't already have a UCI config file?
just want to make sure i'm interpreting the docs correctly.
