I'd try the following

config wifi-iface
option device 'radio0'
option network 'lan'          <<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<<< that's the
change in /etc/config/wireless
option mode 'ap'
option ssid 'OPALA_INTERNET'
option encryption 'none'

but you have to minimize the config of wifi in the /etc/config/network too

Pay attention when touching such files because if they are not correctly
configured you screw the network and you loose access to the router and
then you have to flash it again.

Do you have console access? Which model is it?
