Alex noticed this too and I added it now. I forget it because I had some trouble with SF.net and so I only commited one new file. It should be fixed now.

The files which are not in MANIFEST are from Martin's first prototype. I never removed it because I don't know if they include something useful. If Martin agrees then we can simply remove the whole stuff.
