Hmmm, I always assume they only interfered with the same name within the
same workflow definition. I see your point now.

True. In the end, we should patch Workflow.pm though, so that action names
are local to a given workflow and state. We will have to look into
that clash for the rest of the workflow definitions, too. I find that
behaviour very counter-intuitive. I'll look into how much work it is
to fix it in Workflow soon, but I fear this kind of stuff is rather
at the core of Workflow.pm :-/
