Hi Alex, Very strange things are happening. On my installation only Russian interface seems affected. Just in case, here is how to repeat.
Start IE7 and login to the openxpki as Anonymous. Switch to Russian interface. Press "Ctrl +" 5 times to zoom in. Move (do not click, just move) mouse pointer so that it is over the middle character of the rightmost item of the main horizontal menu. Which is "Logout". And middle character in Russian looks like "x". Now make notice how neighboring menu item (which is "Search") is highlighted, instead of the item which your mouse pointer is over.
