Hi Oliver,

I don't think that my patch is in the branch develop of the OpenXPKI git
master repo. I think, Martin still needs to verify the code. The branch
in my repo is called feature/dbi_indexing_lob_columns.

I have to merge some commits before I can create a pull request.
Nevertheless I don't like to do this before Martin approved the code.
