No, it doesnt - the plan for now was to make a hard switch and abandon XML with the next release, so there is not "either or" situation. I would suggest/appreciate the following: I will create a yaml representation of the two "v2" workflows for CSR/CRR and publish them together with the (preliminary) yaml based engine and you can help me with filling the labels and descriptions with translation hooks.
