Was able to build @FreeBSD-12.0:
1) libscep itself (w/o clients) - with OpenSSL 1.1.1a or OpenSSL 1.0.2t,
2) Crypt-LibSCEP perl client - with OpenSSL 1.1.1a or OpenSSL 1.0.2t.
Was _not_ able to build @FreeBSD-12.0:
1) clients other than Crypt-LibSCEP with any OpenSSL,
2) tests for libscep itself with any OpenSSL,
3) tests for Crypt-LibSCEP with any OpenSSL.
Could it be, that other clients and tests are broken at the moment, or I
shall dig deeper?
