I've been able to fix this today, please check out revision 712.
Note that you either need a fresh deployment or change the <parts> token
in your config.xml (in the <secret> part) to <total_shares>.
The syntax of openxpkiadm key generate has changed as well, now all
keys of a certain secret group are generated at the same time. With an
unchanged deployment, please try
$ openxpkiadm key generate --realm I18N_OPENXPKI_DEPLOYMENT_TEST_DUMMY_CA \
  --group default
