The pending SCEP requests are not yet listed on the "Pending CSRs"
page. I've added a feature request (1807373) for that.
For now, just use the Workflow menu, list workflow instances and
show the workflow details for the SCEP requests. If all went well,
you'll be able to approve it there ...

No, as 'testscepserver1' is just the name of the SCEP server (to
reference the SCEP certificate, for example), not the one of the issuing
CA. The certificate requested via SCEP will still be issued by your
"normal" CA (in the standard deployment, this would probably be
testdummyca1 or 2).
