1. Please check "Accept cookies" box in your Firefox.
If this does not work with Firefox, try to access the same server 
with IE from under MSWindows and fix "Confidence level" in IE so
that it is "lowest" (accsept all cookies) or not more that 1 step above 
"lowest".

Also give more details about your client side.

2. Your distribution of OpenXPKI is surprisingly old. Try to use the latest 
from:
